How We Did It
The first step with the 7000 sqft Regional Cancer Care Association medical office construction project in Edison, NJ that started in November 2022 was demolition. Our crew did a fast and detailed tenant fit out job with the demolition. Then we continued the project by framing and saw cuts.
Next came electricians, plumbers, and mechanics. They did great rough work. Our estimation at the time was that we should be done with all the rough work in two weeks and call for all rough inspections. And we were right. By the way, at that time, we also power washed, primed, and painted the entire exterior within these five weeks.
The next task was to handle drywalls & insulation. And then work on finishings. Like to shout out to my team for all the hard work!

Completely demolishing and then renovating the space, followed by an extensive remodeling and improvement process, and finishing by establishing the style and design of the space was another great experience for our team.
